Oak Harbor - Meadowdale

It's been a tough week for the Oak Harbor football team, but Friday night when it came to playing between the lines the Wildcats were just fine. Oak Harbor got two key interceptions in the fourth quarter and made just enough big plays on offense to beat Meadowdale 27-8 Friday night at Edmonds Stadium and earn the 3A District 1 No. 3 seed.

  • I was covering lake stevens and Wesco from 2006 - 2012, then moved out of state until 2021. i remember you guys back then but you've gotten so much better. the production, the quick replays and the on air talent is as good as there is. better than national cable outlets (ie Graham Kapowsin vs that Georgia team). i enjoyed the play by play but even more so the color commentary from your GP guy. He's good. I'm a broadcast journalism major i know all these moving parts aren't easy. I will def do all i can to let my readers know when u guys are doing LS games in the future.   • Gentlemen, I was introduced to STSPN this morning watching your broadcast of the Vashon v Liberty boys Division II lacrosse championship game. Absolutely great coverage. Announcers were well-informed and offered valuable insights throughout. I doubt I will hear better watching the NCAA Championship game today. The camera work was smooth, the video was free of any technological glitches and you even offered replays. Wow!
